Son of three-Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno, Thomas grew up behind the scenes at top restaurants, where excellence and attention to detail are second nature. After formative experiences at Shangri-La and the Ritz, he discovered the world of events in 2014 at Pavillon Ledoyen. A few years later, he took over as deputy director of the Yannick Alléno Group. This immersion, at the crossroads of hospitality, management and creativity, shaped his unique perspective.

In 2021, he founded LET'S Agency with a clear conviction: to make high-end events a true narrative art form. In less than five years, the agency has established itself as a benchmark, orchestrating more than 60 events each year for exceptional brands such as Dior, Hublot, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Bulgari, Moët & Chandon and PSG.
